What we take on
We work on complete interiors rather than single items — a kitchen, a floor, a whole home. That is deliberate: most of what goes wrong on a fit-out happens between trades, and there is nobody in between when one company does the lot.
We do not take on structural work, plumbing first-fix or anything requiring a separate civil contractor.

Our services
Modular kitchens
Designed around how you actually cook. Marine ply carcasses, soft-close throughout. Typically ₹1.8–4 lakh depending on size and finish.
Wardrobes and storage
Fitted to the room rather than bought off a shelf, so the awkward corner stops being wasted. From ₹55,000 per room.
Office fit-outs
Workstations, cabins, meeting rooms and cabling, handed over on an agreed date with a penalty clause if we miss it.
Bespoke joinery
Reception desks, shelving, panelling — made in our own workshop in Ambattur.
Before you ask
Which areas do you cover?
All of Chennai, plus Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram. Further afield we will still quote, but travel is charged.
Is the quote fixed?
Yes. The only things that change the price are changes you ask for, and we re-quote those in writing before starting them.
How long does a kitchen take?
Three to four weeks from final drawings, of which about five days are on site.
Do you give a guarantee?
Ten years on joinery and carcasses, and we pass on the manufacturer guarantee for hardware and appliances.
